The House
"Apartment and room rental by the park" is located in a very quiet yet central neighborhood. Just around the corner you will find Park Babelsberg, with its marvelous castle and the famous Flatowturm. Within 10 minutes walking you'll reach public transport including trains, trams. Busstation is just 100 meters from our house (Goehteplatz). So you can explore major sights such as Filmpark Babelsberg with its film-studios and Media City, the University of Potsdam and the Hasso-Plattner Institute. In just 10 minutes by car, you can also reach the palaces Sanssouci and Celcilienhof, as well as the old city center with its major sights, restaurants and boutiques.
Located near Berlin and having an excellent connection with the public transport system, you will appreciate our guesthouse as an ideal starting point to explore the German capital.
Holiday Homes
Our quiet holiday homes are spacious and bookable for up to 5 people. You have the choice of 1-and 2-room apartments, each of them furnished comfortably, including a private bathroom (with shower or bathing tub) and lavatory, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, cooker, coffee machine and tableware. Also included are cable-tv, radio, bedding and towels.
The prices are based upon the duration of your stay and the number of occupants:

Flats for employees
Our best value apartments for employees are comfortably appointed and can accommodate up to 4 people. You have the choice of 1-and 2-room apartments, each of them including your private bathroom (with shower or bath tub) and lavatory, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, cooker, coffee machine, cutlery and tableware. Also included are cable-tv, radio, bedding and towels. Needless to say, there are no extra costs for all of these services.
